Rebuilds nobody asked us for.

None of these are client projects. Each one is a rebuild we did on our own initiative, from the outside, for a business we thought deserved better on the web. The owners have not seen them and have not endorsed them. Every card below loads our actual deployment inside it — live, openable, breakable. That is the point of showing them.

Hospitality Jagatpura, Jaipur

An all-day vegetarian café built around a hand-carved Rajasthani door. We rebuilt it as a video-led single scroll: menu, gallery, story and a WhatsApp line, with the whole thing readable before any script runs.

A coffee house with a slow-down premise. The rebuild uses numbered section navigation so the whole page reads as one deliberate sequence rather than a stack of blocks, with a photographic gallery and a table-booking flow.

Hospitality KK Square, C-Scheme, Jaipur

An organic, farm-to-table café inside a block-print store. The rebuild treats the menu as real HTML text rather than a photographed PDF — which is what makes it readable by a screen reader, quotable by an answer engine, and fast on a phone.

Specialty coffee and an international kitchen. The most transactional of the set: a working reservation flow with date, time and party size, sitting alongside the aggregator links rather than pretending they do not exist.

Commerce Independent maker

A one-person handmade crochet studio. Rather than fake a storefront with stock levels that cannot exist, the rebuild does the honest thing for made-to-order work: a custom request form that captures the item, the colour and the vibe.
