What we collect, which is almost nothing.

This website

No cookies. No analytics. No tracking pixels, no third-party scripts, no advertising network. The only thing stored on your device is a single flag remembering that you have already seen the intro animation, and it lives in your browser for the session and never leaves it.

Fonts and code are served from this domain rather than a CDN, so loading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.

If you talk to Nova

Nova is a real assistant, so what you type does go somewhere: your question is sent to our answering function, and from there to a language-model provider that generates the reply. Do not type anything into her you would not put in an email.

What we do not do is keep it. The conversation is not written to any database, log or backup of ours — it exists for the length of the request and inside your own browser tab, and closing the tab ends it. We cannot read your conversation later because there is nothing to read.

If you send an enquiry

The contact form collects your name, your email address, the service you picked, and what you write in the message. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share it, and we do not use it to profile you.

We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will, without asking why.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it erased. Email us and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no process to navigate.
